CAF head constable shot dead by junior in Chhattisgarh’s Kanker

 


The episode is said to have happened around 7 am the point at which the charged jawan Purushottam Singh and expired head constable Surendra Bhagat battled about some obscure issue and Singh started shooting from his rifle


A head constable with the Chhattisgarh Outfitted Power (CAF) was shot dead by his subordinate with his gun while they were on the job in an administration school in Chhattisgarh's Kanker region early Sunday.


The men were presented on safeguard major areas of strength for an inside the school premises where a by-political decision was held for the Bhanupratappur Gathering seat in the locale.


The episode is said to have happened around 7 am the point at which the charged jawan Purushottam Singh and expired head constable Surendra Bhagat battled about some obscure issue and Singh started shooting from his rifle.


After the episode, Singh secured himself in the room and his seniors persuaded him to open the entryway and arrested him.


Affirming the turn of events, Administrator of Police Shalabh Sinha told The Indian Express, "He and every one of his partners are being addressed to figure out why the battle occurred. As of now, it's not satisfactory."


The bypoll was held recently after which the EVMs were kept in major areas of strength for the watched by the CAF faculty.
