The letter alludes to Arvind Kejriwal's charge that the Lieutenant Lead representative has hindered an educators' preparation visit to Finland and that he would not meet with AAP MLAs who walked in dissent to his home recently.
Delhi Lieutenant Lead representative Vinai Saxena today kept in touch with Arvind Kejriwal hammering what he called "significantly deceptive, false and offensive articulations" on him throughout recent days.
"Regarding 'who is LG' and 'where did he come from', and so on can be replied if you somehow managed to try and superficially allude to the Constitution of India. Others don't merit an answer, since they clearly take special care of an extremely low degree of talk," Mr Saxena wrote in a sharp four-page letter.
The letter alludes to Mr Kejriwal's charge that the Lieutenant Lead representative has hindered an educators' preparation visit to Finland and that he wouldn't meet with AAP MLAs who walked in dissent to his home recently.
Mr Saxena said he had welcomed the Delhi Boss Pastor and his delegate, Manish Sisodia, for talks, however they decided to come to him with 80 individuals and proceeded to "make an advantageous political stance that LG would not meet me".
"You would see the value in that, given the short notification and unexpected interest on your part, it could not have possibly been feasible to immediately have a gathering with 70-80 individuals, nor would it have filled any substantial need."
The Lieutenant Lead representative added scathingly: "I was somewhat dumbfounded at the way that even as the city is wrestling with a few serious formative issues, you carved out opportunity to stroll for a really long time and stage a dissent implied exclusively for posing, as opposed to taking the issue to an obvious end result by meeting me."
